2 webcameras are transmitting live, one from the outside and one inside Pronto Cafe, Ramallah, Palestine. Prior to transmission an electronic "filter" will be inserted before the images; it will appear as if the transmission is interfered, as if there is a bad connection. The use of the webcams as mediums corresponds to the television industry's reality genre and it's voyeuristic aspects. Utilizing the internet, a "real time" situation is transported and then juxtaposed with a situation in a different venue.
